CHOVA believes in providing support and training where possible to developing communities, and communities who wish to have self-determination and provide themselves with their own autonomy.

Where possible, CHOVA will see that training and development plans for all levels of employees are put in place for local people to ensure there is a transition in skills sets and skill base. This may be in trade, supervision, and white-collar specialties.
